Small restaurants serving Lanzhou-style la mian (hand-pulled noodles) are very common through out China where they have formed a staple diet for millennia. Traditionaly these Noodles are served with beef or lamb, either in soup or stir-fried(chao miàn). Every day our Chefs make Fresh Noodles. Lamian can also be served cold with salad ingredients such as shredded cucumber and tomato to make a refreshing summer dish.
